Cancellation Policy
Bronzed Belle Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Bronzed Belle, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment.
Card on File
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-call, no-show") will be charged the full cost of a Classic Belle service ($50).
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other guests. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
Wild Card Belle
Wild Card Belle appointments are final sale. Because each service is created from a unique blend of our remaining premium tanning solutions, no shade or undertone can be guaranteed.
Mobile Appointments
Mobile appointments require additional travel time and planning. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun.
